Why is there no sound?

Not being able to hear audio is a common problem so don't worry, it's usually easy to fix.


The first thing to try is to double-check your volume button. Ensure it is turned all the way up. If not, check if your device is set to mute/silent mode.


If it still doesn't work, make sure to try to:


Disable Bluetooth. When your device is connected to a Bluetooth audio device, it sends sound to the device and not to the speaker. Turn off Bluetooth so that sounds play from the device.


Power your device fully off, wait a few seconds and then turn it back on again. Try the sound again.


Uninstall and reinstall the app. Try the sound again.
