What is your subscription refund policy?

Modified on Fri, 13 May, 2022 at 12:36 PM

If you would like to request a refund, please follow the appropriate guide below, depending on what method you used to start your subscription.

Apple

If you subscribed through the Apple App Store, you should contact Apple to request a refund. Apple manages their subscriptions themselves and does not give developers any ability to process refunds for Apple App Store subscriptions.

To request a refund from Apple, first, make sure your subscription is cancelled. Then, follow these steps:

Go to https://getsupport.apple.com/.

Select "Billing & Subscriptions"

Select "Subscriptions & Purchases"

Select "Request a refund."

At this point, you will need to sign in to your Apple iTunes account at this time.

Select "Report a Problem" next to the Galatea subscription purchase.

Select "I'd like to request a refund" from the drop-down.

Describe the problem before selecting "Submit."

Here at Pickatale, we do not have access to the App Store's subscription or billing details and cannot cancel or refund the purchases. You do need to work with Apple for all requests.

Google Play

If you subscribed through Google Play, you should start by using the Google Play Store's refund request workflow. To do that, follow these steps:

Go to https://support.google.com/googleplay/workflow/9813244

Follow their workflow to submit your request.

If they cannot find your purchase, check to make sure you are signed in to the correct Google account.
