How do I create and manage admin accounts?

To create an admin account, enter the name and email address of the person you wish to invite as an Organisation Admin or School Admin

They will receive a Welcome to Pickatale verification email, where they must set up a password and enable Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA).

    •    Organisation Admins have the highest level of access and manage all schools within their organisation.

    •    School Admins can manage teachers, students, and classes within their specific school but do not have full organisational control.

    •    Admins cannot hold multiple roles, meaning a School Admin cannot also be an Organisation Admin.
