How do I stop my subscription?

To unsubscribe, follow the appropriate guide below, depending on the method you used to subscribe.

Apple

Open the Settings app.

Tap your name.

Tap Subscriptions.

Tap the subscription you want to manage.

Tap Unsubscribe.

Google Play

Open the Google Play app.

Tap the profile icon in the top right corner.

Tap Payments and subscriptions and then Subscriptions.

Select the subscription you want to unsubscribe from.

Tap Unsubscribe.

Follow the instructions.

Subscription with SMS

Send SMS: STOP to 2186 to end the subscription. If you don't get confirmation back that the subscription has ended, follow the guide below (Our website)

Subscription started via our website

Please make a helpdesk ticket.
