How do I reset or change my password?

Teachers:

You can reset your password by clicking on “Forgot password” on the login screen for the teacher dashboard and following the steps on the screen.

Students:

It’s currently not possible to change the password for student users. Please make a ticket here SUPPORT if you have any questions - we’re always here to help.

Pickatale for Families:

You can reset or change your password in the app.

If you’re already logged in:

1. Open and log into the app.
2. Click on the settings cogwheel in the top right corner.
3. Click "Change Password".
4. Enter your old and new password.

If you’ve forgotten your password:

1. Open the app and enter the email address you used to sign up for the App.
2. When you get to the password screen, click “Forgotten Password”.
3. Check your inbox, you should have received an email from us with a verification code. If the email doesn’t show up in your regular inbox within a few minutes check your spam folder.
4. Enter the verification code in the app.
5. Enter your new password.
